Therapy Services
Individual Therapy
I provide individual therapy to adults (18+). Sessions are 55 minutes and can be done in-person, or online, via telehealth. Frequency of meeting depends on your needs and is something we will discuss together at our initial meeting, and again throughout the course of treatment.
My primary areas of focus are Anxiety, Burnout and Substance Abuse. I also have experience treating Depression, Grief, Trauma, and Self-Esteem.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds and walks of life, and am LGBTQ+ affirming.

Gain tools to reduce anxiety, over-thinking, people pleasing, and codependency (prioritizing the needs and feelings of others over self).

Manage burnout, feelings of being overworked or overwhelmed, and inability to draw or keep boundaries. This can be connected to both work and personal life.

Substance Abuse
Improve unhealthy relationships with substances (drinking, smoking, prescribed or recreational drug use) by treating the underlying causes of over-dependence.
