Frequently Asked Questions
How much are sessions?
Sessions are $140 for 55 minutes. If you have insurance, you may be able to utilize your out-of-network (OON) benefits to cover a portion of session costs.
Do you accept insurance?
I accept insurance though utilization of out-of-network (OON) benefits. This means you will pay for session fees upfront, and your insurance can reimburse you for part, or most, of your session fees, depending on your coverage, through a superbill you submit to them.
What is a superbill?
A superbill is a receipt of our work together and can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement for session fees. Depending on what kind of mental health coverage you have, your insurance will often pay for some, or most, of your session fees. It’s best to check with your insurance company directly on what your out-of-network (OON) benefits are, as these vary across companies and plans. I am happy to help you navigate this process.
What is holistic therapy?
Decades of research support the connection between mind, body, and mental health. Holistic therapy offers an alternative to traditional talk therapy methods by addressing this interconnectedness.
As an Integrative Mental Health Professional (IMPH) and Human Potential Coach, I integrate evidence-based holistic practices into our sessions. I've experienced the benefits of holistic treatment both personally, and with clients. Feel free to ask any questions about how we can work together.
